Im very new in parkour.In fact I do parkour for like 1-2 months and i would like to know how do i do some parkour moves like: -monkey -dash -kong -and others The moves I master are :thief,i do good jumps,vaults,reverse vault an that all. Pleasa I am in need.

Temat: Trampoline for training
Hey there! I am Tekel of Team Aikrous and just am curious to know, is Trampoline a good or bad way to train for specific Parkour moves? me and my team (of two) use the trampoline in a lot of our videos and enjoy all the launching off and stuff, though we also do many different ground things as well. what I am wondering is if anyone else does this by chance?
